Minutes of the meeting of November 19, 2007

In attendance: Gary Donald, Deb Kurtzer-Johnston, Bill Booth, Kathy Whitfield, Bill DeVries, Fred DiSomma

and guest speaker, Peter Sanguinetti.

· Mr. Sanguinetti addressed those present by indicating to us the experiences he has had marketing various business endeavours throughout Britain and more recently, North America. He enlightened us on the ways to his success, and how they relate to what we are attempting to achieve with our committee. Following his presentation we discussed what he had said and how it could relate to us as we develop.

· Gary and Fred agreed that the two of them should meet more often between monthly meetings, to prepare an agenda for discussion at the next meeting, and take more of a decision-making role with the committee.

· Gary agreed to prepare a letter from the committee asking the Province to consider maintaining the Boundary Rd. extension from the new Highway 11 to the existing Highway 11.

· Bill agreed to deliver a document to Fred which is needed to authenticate our committee for the purpose of receiving and dispersing funds in a bank account, and various other occasions which will arise.

· Gary agreed to contact the Community Centre to cancel the December meeting, and to set up a series of meetings for the new year.

· Meeting ended at 9:15.
